Growing ethical healthy food is Angelina’s passion and she has created her business geared towards her Community in the Douglas Shire. Every year she tests and uses the best organic Australian seeds to grow quality produce that is well suited to local tropical conditions. After years of experience as certified horticulturist using permaculture design priciples and working in the fine-dining industry around the world, Ange has developed a line of microgreens well-known for diverse flavors, colors and textures. Her Eat Shoots and Leaves microgreens offer convenience, plate appeal and nutritional value to consumers. Ideal for chefs, food enthusiasts, families and the health conscious. Her future goal is to build a new state of the art greenhouse and develop more community-based projects, teaching people how to grow their own food and how to set up a sustainable eco-friendly edible grow system like her own!
